Kadiatu - Scholarship Student
Kadiatu is our youngest scholarship student and has graduated from class 4 to 5 this year.

Jenneh - Scholarship Student
Jenneh is one of our newest and youngest Scholarship Students. She entered Class 6 this year. We are just getting to know her but you will be able to follow her story all the way to high-school!

Marie - Scholarship Student
Marie is in her last year of Junior Secondary School this year and preparing for her exams that will decide where she will attend for Senior Secondary School.

Kadija - Scholarship Student
Kadija is in her final year of high school (SSS3) and is a dedicated student who studies diligently every day. She is passionate about social issues, advocates for girls’ rights and hopes to study to be a Civil Litigation Attorney in University.

Francess - Scholarship Student
Francess is in SSS2, where her outgoing friendly personality shines as she connects easily with others. Her favorite subject is Sierra Leone history, especially learning about the political systems of the original tribes.

Messie - Scholarship Student
Messie has a bright smile that lights up a room. She is in SSS 1 this year.

Fatmata - Scholarship Student
Fatmata is in JSS3 and will be sitting for her exam to enter SSS this year. Next year she wants to pursue Science in Senior Secondary. This Term her best subjects are language arts and business studies.

Mariama - Scholarship Student
Mariama is a smart young woman in her last year of high school who is looking forward to attending University when she graduates. Her favorite thing to do in her spare time is watch funny videos.

Ketty - Scholarship Graduate
Ketty is one of our scholarship graduates, completing her final year of high school as Head Girl - a role that highlighted her leadership skills and commitment to her peers. She is now awaiting the results of her national exams and plans to apply to medical school in Freetown.

Mariama - Sponsorship Recipient
Mariama is part of our Sponsorship Program for children who have lost both parents and are now supported in foster families. Mariama was in a rural community with no access to education and limited basic needs. Today she is thriving with the support of her Sierra Leone Foster Family and Canadian mom. She is head girl in her class this year and enjoys playing Barbies in her free time.

Madiana -Scholarship Graduate & ICO Staff
This year we are proud to update that Madiana, one of our previous scholarship recipients who graduated from Ahmadiyya high school has joined our staff team as Lead Mentor. She is also pursuing her undergraduate degree in Njala University’s Bachelor of Nursing Program.
